Formal Maintenance Agreement
Maintenance Programs include travel and the labor necessary to provide the maintenance services listed below:

Calibration – Function Test and General Inspection

Unit Cleaning – Unit Leveling

Replacement of lamps if required (lamps not included)
Maintenance Programs become effective with receipt of a signed Maintenance Agreement and upon payment in full and entitle the purchaser to single or multiple maintenance services as specified in the Agreement. Such maintenance service shall be provided only for equipment specified in the Agreement.
Scheduling of maintenance service shall be coordinated between Daavlin and the purchaser. Visits may be used at the purchaser’s discretion with Daavlin’s approval. The Maintenance Program does not include parts, labor, or travel necessary to perform repairs of any kind unless the unit is under the original Warranty or an Extended Warranty.
