Daavlin's International Market
Companies with strong and diversified export markets tend to be recession proof. This bit of professional wisdom led Daavlin to focus significant resources on the development and cultivation of international markets. In 1989, just eight years after the company was founded, Daavlin attended its first overseas trade show, the New Zealand Dermatological Society meeting. The success of that meeting gave birth to our international division, a division that has since grown to account for almost 30% of our total sales. And, true to the professional wisdom, Daavlin has been virtually immune to economic recession.
Today we serve over seventy countries on six continents and are particularly proud of the fact that Daavlin devices are installed in some of the most far-reaching regions of the earth, bringing an important therapy to sufferers of skin disease where it might otherwise have been unavailable.
We continue to expand our international sales by securing and supporting excellent distributors. In any given year, Daavlin staff attend international trade shows and cumulatively spend months each year visiting customers and opinion leaders throughout the world. We are proud to have twice won the coveted “President’s E Award” in recognition of our contributions to the international commerce of the United States.
